"DJ Dog" Puppet Disco Party

Starting our show with a disco using special effect lighting, the party helper gets to know the children whilst face painting  (arm and hand painting are also offered as some of the younger children prefer this). Soon its time to meet the  star of the show who is a friendly dog puppet named “DJ Dog”, who tells the children which songs are coming on next.  He also introduces some of his animal friends who sing and dance along with a bubble machine and keeps the children entertained whilst the face painting is finished.

Next its game time and we play some age appropriate games until its time to eat, “DJ Dog” helps out with some of our games too!

Towards the end of the first hour we would assume that it is time for lunch/tea (provided by yourselves). We then change the Disco music to softer Disney type music for eating.  We take this opportunity to make a start on the balloon modelling, we understand that children do not want to wait long for their balloons and start blowing up balloons ready for the end of the party.

Following food we then sit the children down ready for the puppet show and this is when we bring out the birthday cake and organise the Happy Birthday Sing Song which we sing in English and Welsh (giving you plenty of time to cut the cake for party bags).  Don’t forget a lighter and your camera!

You then have a choice of puppets shows to watch. All our shows are interactive where the children shout back at the puppets like a pantomime, keeping them involved and entertained.

Next its time for more games or dancing and we find out who will be receiving those lovely balloon prizes. “DJ Dog” decides that all the boys and girls who have come to the party have been so good that they are all winners and we give balloon prizes to everyone!
